Comments: Felt good for the first 20 miles. Started to cramp around mile 18 and by mile 20 my body started to shut down. I had to walk a majority of the last 6 miles due to cramping. What would you do differently?: Train with longer distances. Post race
Warm down: Walked around ate and drank. What limited your ability to perform faster: Not enough long distance training runs. Event comments: I really would have liked to see enduralytes at some of the aid stations. Last updated: 2008-10-30 12:00 AM
