What would you do differently?: More training and stronger/powerful strokes. Transition 1
Comments: From my first experience back in April, I decided to take my time. I just walked out of the water and to the T1 just to have my bearing and take my breath and gather my energy before the bike. Bike
Comments: Good, glat course with some gust for nearly 5miles. What would you do differently?: More speed & longer distance training! Transition 2
Comments: Again, I took my time to put on my running shoes and walk out towards the gate instead of running rightaway just to gather my energy back for a long run! Run
Comments: Running is my weakess sport. I really struggled a little and decided to stop and walk few times especially at the water stations. Dehydrate and recharged my energy. What would you do differently?: Lots of long distance and endurance training! Post race

Woke up 4am, showered & had a bowl of cereal. Drove to La Porte from Houston, took about 30mins and arrived by 5.30am. Racked the bike and have my transition setup. Stretched and relax. Feel good, just a little tummy discomfort. Get a bit humid later.
