Comments: kept a good pace through mile 21. right about 8:30. friend I ran with had his garmin on which kept us from going out way fast and blowing up. about mile 22 I started taking more time at the aid station and I walked three 60 second intervals after that, not including the last two aid stations What would you do differently?: not much. when i finished i thought about what i needed to tweak in my training to get faster Post race
Warm down: stretched and waited for friends to finish. walked about 5 blocks to the car, rolled and stretched some more. changed and drove home What limited your ability to perform faster: training/fitness Event comments: volunteers were great and lots of people along race course to cheer you on. great race. will most likely do it again next year Last updated: 2010-11-16 12:00 AM

woke up and drank some coffe and an ensure and ate a bannanna. drove to the finish area to get the shuttle to the start. Carried a powerade and pbj bagel with me
