Need to work on transitions. Run to bike needs much improvement. Practice transitions, do more bricks.

Ride a new bike, or get gears fixed.
Do alot of hill training.
Work on transitions and hydration.

Pretty good ride, but gear problems killed my time. Could not downshift on hills, so had to ride in big gears most of the way. Need to work on transitions.
