Comments: Need to work on transitions. Run to bike needs much improvement. Practice transitions, do more bricks. What would you do differently?: Ride a new bike, or get gears fixed. Do alot of hill training. Work on transitions and hydration. Do more bricks. Lose weight and fly!!! Bike
Comments: Pretty good ride, but gear problems killed my time. Could not downshift on hills, so had to ride in big gears most of the way. Need to work on transitions.
