Can't get lap data for my Garmin file from today

Okay, it's a big file...I let it sit on "storing data on server" for...oh...an hour.

Finally I x'ed out because it obviously wasn't working.  It had the HR data there but not the lap data.  Is there a size limit on the file?  Would it be something else?  Got any ideas?  I haven't run into this before....and I've uploaded longer files I think.
