 Comments: Dropped my water bottle in a freak swerve. What would you do differently?: Get a better bike and not ride to the event.  Transition 2

  Post race What limited your ability to perform faster: The bike and the soreness and a poor running technique base. Event comments: This is a really great race. I was determined to comete this year because it was my first ever competitive running/biking event - ever.
