New Policy Re: Race Advertisement

BT is changing the policy for Race Directors in the State/Province Forums Only. 

This policy will be as follows:

You may post ONE thread announcing that race registration is open for your event or for your series of events.  This policy is for Triathlons and Duathlons only, we are a triathlon site and would quickly become overwhelmed with 5k announcements.  The thread may not be "bumped" to the top of the forum. 

"Official Thread" is reserved for the threads created by BT that are attached to the entry in the BT race database.

Please make sure that your signatures meet guidelines for commercial users and that they are 5 lines or less.
