Felt quite easy - don't think I pushed it hard enough
Stayed with HR on 174 in biggest gear I could maintain 90+rpms on.
Felt like I wasn't working very hard and wanted to whack a big gear on and power along but resisted. Only about 3 girls passed me on the bike though.

When first splits came up on TV said 25mins and I was mortified.
sure I'd done a better time. Then when I checked at home 23.39 was the time. phew

Its an easy flat course and its a great benchmark to see how winter training has gone and help to set up pacing and uncomplicated run throughs for the rest of the season.
