Just wanted to let you guys know that there is a regular weekly run + swim brick Thursday nights in Essex. Meet and greet at Essex pool foyer for 7pm, run 5k at 7:15pm, loop back and pick up another 5k at 7:45pm then 8:30-10pm masters swim class.
All levels welcome!
