WORKOUT for HOPE!

Finally have torn myself away from the media coverage of last week's events in CT and came up with this idea as I just feel compelled to do something.  I have a training/boot camp business here in Norcal and created an event called WORKOUT for HOPE.  It is a free event, but if people decide to donate, the money will go to the Connecticut School Shooting Victims Fund Started by OneRepublic on Indiegogo.com.

"This event will take place rain or shine...what a better way to celebrate childhood than playing in the rain! The goal is have a minimum of 26 participants. Each participant will be given a name of one of the victims to wear throughout the workout."

Since most of you are not Norcal and can't attend, what about setting up a group ride or run in your town?  Here's a link to the FB event and if you are in the Bay area, please come!
