Any training happening Jan 27-Feb1 around Cisco Live Europe?

Hi All,

I'll be at cisco live london this year from 1/27 to 2/1. Looking to maintain my training. I figure I can swim and run at least. Need to find some public lap pools near my hotel and/or convention center.

Hotel: Holiday Inn Express London Newbury Park

ExCeL London Exhibition and Convention Centre

Any suggestions? Are people riding outdoors? (or even group trainer rides?) I'll be interested in renting a road bike if possible. What stores rent road bikes?
