Subject: Hoping to swap a 2013 IM Wisconsin poster for a 2012
I did IM Wisconsin last year and was too late trying to order the finisher's poster - all gone. This is the poster approximately 24" X 32" with finishers names on it. I bought one this year (I did not do the race this year), thinking I could maybe have someone talented change the dates on it for a momento. However, the names are clearly visible, and my name is not on it (obviously), so this turned out to be a bad idea.
I would swap someone - I give you this year's poster, you give me last years. I pay for shipping.
Anyone interested? Thank you.

On the day of the race my chain jumped off again and got wrapped so tightly around my crank that I couldn’t finish. I DNF'ed my first triathlon.

If you would have told me that I would want to train over ten hours a week for a race that can last up to 17 hours, I would have laughed. But somehow, my ACL injury has refocused my outlook on life.

It makes no sense to train hard for a year to hone that aerobic system only to have all that training undermined by a few anaerobic bursts on race day. So, how do you go about it?
