Subject: Alden BTA (Between the Arms) Bottle Mount

Good morning all,

I recently acquired this nifty device directly from Glen Alden's site (http://www.alden-designs.com/bta-between-the-arms-bottle---computer-mount.html)

I saw it originally featured on http://www.tririg.com/articles.php?id=2013_06_Alden_BTA

Between The Arms Cage mount

I quickly realized the shape and set up of my aero bars (PD Carbon Stryke) aren't conducive to this design, as much as I wanted it to work/fit.

It is the narrow version fitting 70-100mm on center of the aero bars.

It's still brand new, unmounted. Still have all the packaging.

Pretty darn light and neat design, between my clip-ons and the bend of the Carbon Stryke design I can't use it.

Asking $95 shipped priority 2-3 day (same as I got it for, shipped).

During the race there will be plenty of opportunities to exchange bottles, so I'm thinking about going with the aero bottle and Gatorade bottle and fill up as necessary. What should I do?

The ISM Adamo Racing Saddle is difficult to define. It doesn’t look like a bicycle saddle. It doesn’t mount like a bicycle saddle. And yet, it does feel like a bicycle saddle.

When people think of hydration in the aero position, the first name that comes to mind is the Aerodrink from Profile Design. I was expecting a pretty quick and breezy review of this water bottle.
