Last Minute IM Lake Placid Rental Available

Due to an injury, I am unable to participate in the 2014 Ironman Lake Placid. As a result, our vacation rental is now available to the public. Details:

Sandbrook 14 is a three-story townhome that overlooks the Whiteface Club golf course. It features a full kitchen, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, washer/dryer, outdoor sitting area, additional rec space with TV, garage, and wood-burning fireplace. The unit can sleep eight people. This unit is situated at the Whiteface Club and Resort offering tennis, golf, marina, boat slip, beach access, canoe, kayak, cross-country and snowshoe rentals with a vacation membership fee. The village of Lake Placid is a short 5-minute drive away with an array of shops and restaurants

The rental agency as agreed to open this property back up to the public if anyone is interested. We were paying $3,325 (plus a refundable security deposit) for the 7-day rental, but the property will also allow for a shorter time period if you don't plan on being there a full 7 days.
