Up at 5:30AM. Bowl of cereal for breakfast, small OJ.... One RCS and one Mito before leaving house. Race start 9:45AM..First time running this race course. Tough coming back over the Detroit Superior bridge. Nice downhill to the finish line. Did not drink any fluids during run... One hand was busy taking pictures during the race. Cool temps along the lake shore.
