Stopped for a one minute potty break at the beginning of the second run.

Fueling : One RCS and One Mito and one Enduro before leaving hotel for race. Bike Water bottle with one scope of SE. Hand held 10oz water bottle during running segments of the race. Two Enduro's at about mile 7 on the Bike. One Gel and one Enduro at approx mile 11 on the Bike. Run and Bike course more difficult that Maumee Bay.

After doing duathlons for the last couple of years, I decided to go for a triathlon. Starting with an Olympic-distance race perhaps wasn't wise, but it was fun (of a sort).
