Pre-race routine:

Here's the unusual stuff: rubber banded shoes. Neoprene toe covers. Socks at T2. Sunscreen wipe on run - next time, put in jersey pockets. Number belt, phone in waist belt at T1. Barefoot into shoes after mounting, and into T2.
