Comes with two wheel sets. Neuvation M28 Aero wheels and Boyd racing wheels. Seat tube was cut to fit a 31 inch inseam rider and allows only minor adjustments for height. I am 5'8" and found this to be a very comfortable ride for my dimensions.

This bike had only a year of consistent riding and has been stored inside for several years. No damage. The handlebar tape has some tears and probably needs to be retaped. Overall a great bike.
