Comments: I took it fairly easy, didn't walk any of the hills, and felt fine at the finish. It worked since I podiumed the Carlsbad Tri the next day.  Post race
Warm down: Pancakes! Awards are at the pancake breakfast fundraiser for the PTA, and fun. Here are the results. Event comments: This 5k/10k has a home town vibe, with lots of locals, fire fighters, and kids from local cross country teams. Fun and relaxed. Last updated: 2018-06-17 12:00 AM

The club supplied a rental mini van for the drive up the hill. Three of us running the 10k stayed warm while friends ran the 5k.
