Subject: 7.27.2020 - Monday Workouts 5:45 AM - 50 minutes on the bike trainer. It was a reduced work out. With vacation two weeks ago, trading my training time to help my kids work on their training for their first Kids Triathlon that they will be doing on Sept. 4, and with a new bike and new position that is taking some adjusting to get used to I just needed to feel my way through things today. So...I probably haven't had a productive bike ride in about 2-3 weeks, but have had a lot of light spin time. so I should be able to bounce back Have a great day BT! |
