Comments: Tough run with the 10 to 15 mph winds, rain and 45 degrees. I finished strong although my calves were cramping at 18 and never really got better. Gps helped alot to keep me focused on not letting down. I was pushing at the end. I made a very good decision to push my pace out industrial road past haac. The time that I pickup up I really needed once we got into wildwood park. What would you do differently?: Very late start on my training, but I found a very nice progression for Mary prep. I could have used a second round of my prep sessions. Post race Warm down: Got some chicken broth and a bagel, drove home. What limited your ability to perform faster: Weight is up, second round of Mary prep. Last updated: 2006-11-12 12:00 AM |
