Subject: boston tufts 10K thank you to everyone for responding to my threads recently. all your tips were weaved into my subconscious for a great run yesterday in the boston tufts 10K. i decided to do 13min run - 2 min walk and repeat. i met the goal of doing that and had a great day. i ran with a bit of a stitch but very very tolerable. next goal is to run a 10K with no walk interval toward doing an olympic distance.
i highly recommend the tufts 10K for all you women out there...and of course for the men to come and cheer them on. its a great run with an amazing amount of people along the entire course cheering along with great volunteers. there were 8000 racers, so the cool thing is is you can definetly find someone at your pace to run with. doing this race has inspired me to know i'm able to move on to the next level!!
