Ok, so I'm working my day job 7:30-4 and I have my night job 5-10or so..... I am REALLY tired today. I worked Monday night and Tuesday night. I'm not working tonight or tomorrow night. So, I'm REALLY thinking of just not working out tonight and napping! What would you do?
If you take a little 'cat' nap right after work, can you swing a little workout after that? Or are you going to try & make up for it at tomorrow nights' exercise?
Thanks! Doing my best. Amazingly enough...I'm even more tired/exhausted today than I was yesterday. In fact... I didn't even go out for sushi b/c I was so tired last night! I'm going to try to do my bike/abs today...we'll see!!!
