Looks like State Street is planned on being done for the run.  There was still construction going on Fri. (22nd).  Getting close.

Thought I'd take a quick read, even though I'm not participating...did I see a conflict about the bike course cut-off time? Thought I saw it say "1:30p" and "5:30p". Anyone read this???

Good catch there, enFORCEr!  I'm not participating either but was going to read this in the next couple of days in case I volunteer at the Information Booth.

As per the PDF:
1). BIKE COURSE AND RULES (Page 12 of 24)
COURSE LENGTH 112 MILES/180 KILOMETERS
CUT OFF TIME 5:30PM

On Page 14 of 24
13.
Cyclists still on the course after 1:30PM will be disqualified and will not be permitted to continue in the event.

YEP!!!  Looks like a mix-up/typo!!

Looks like they went to the old format of ONLY racers finishing at the finish line and no other persons allowed to finish with them.
Other Information - Page 14 of 24.
4. The finish line area is a very congested and fast paced area. For safety, ABSOLUTELY NO FAMILY, CHILDREN, SPOUSES, FRIENDS, FANS, ETC. ARE ALLOWED INTO THE FINISH AREA.

Yes, that way the late finishers don't have to get up early the day after the race.

They did it the same way last year.

i thought i read in there somewhere where you can have one child and only a child (no parents, spouses, friends, fans, etc...,etc...) if they were properly registered and in the right spot to join you in the finishing area or something like that..........

I volunteered at the family spot last year at the finish line - it was a mess and not really very well organized. People with more than one kids wanted to bring them both over the finish line, we missed some finishers as they ran by, and the athletes were not supposed to carry any small children for fear of falling. People were not very happy and some were just jumping in and going with their athlete instead of registering at all. If they do have this again, I hope it is much more organized.
