In my never ending effort to improve my ride, I'm doing 65 (I hope) of the Wilson 100 (see http://www.active.com/page/Event_Details.htm?event_id=1604282&assetId=6deaa83e-0d02-4b11-a685-b29e046cce46 and http://wilson100.org/).  Anyone else going?  What to meet up?

Neal-want to try to meet up again?  I promise to show up on time.

Sure, if I do it.  I have a friend that wants to do some undetermined portion of it.  I have another commitment for that day that so I have to see if I can work them both in.

This sounds great.  I wanted to get another long ride in before Tugaloo.  If I'm back in town by then, I'll meet up for the 65.  I'm sure I won't know til later in the week, but I'll let you know.

I registered for the full century but recent illness may cause me to take a shorter option.

I've not done this ride before, but my riding buddy assures me this is a nice one.  She tells me there are a lot of rolling hills, but nothing crazy.  Anyone done this before?

this can be a very fast C if you want it to be.  The start is hilly for say 10 miles, then flat and FAST, then you hit the same rollers come back in.  I did a 4 hour C on this course with my cycling team some years back.  We were flying all day in team time trial mode.  Only took one break. Ahh to be young again.....

Any way, I would high suggest this C.

AWESOME!  I'm REALLY looking forward to it.

Is there a smart/easy place to meet up?

This was an AWESOME ride.  Very flat, great people, great views...also catered at the end.  Yummy!  I'll do it again next year....the full 100 miles.  I managed to finished 65 at 15 mph, my longest yet.  Yeah me!
