Ran 5 km. Sadly, it took my longer than 30 minutes. Off to do 20 minutes of Yoga now.

ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh ... OMG you're in SF!!!!!!!! ... my favorite place on earth. I will be there soon - January, for a yoga conference, with some extra time as "tourist" (although it's hard to be tourist in a city that I know so well) ... ;-)
I'm so jealous of you right now.

Ummmm ... I don't normally weigh in on these things, but on Sunday I did 2 hours of yoga, and Monday I did 1.5 hours of yoga, and today I did 1 hour of yoga.
Tomorrow I shall do 2.5 hours of yoga.

Do you see the theme that is my life. ;-)

I have been doing yoga this month for the first time. Can't bother to go to classes but I've been doing the Yogamazing podcast and I am LOVING it! I am already feeling stronger and more flexible and interestingly enough, haven't had any lower legs/shin probs with my running this month either.

Yoga - it's a good thing! (Too bad you don't live in Kelowna...)

Well... I love living where I live so a move to Kelowna is not imminent - but I can say that yoga is AMAZING and it really did change my life. I went from being a self-absorbed triathlete (which is not a bad thing) to becoming a poverty-stricken teacher (which is a very very very good thing) ...
And what yoga does for your body - AMAZING - never mind what it does for your spirit.
