Alarm was set for 5.  I JUMPED out of bed... glanced at the trainer,  hit the snooze and crawled under the covers.  Now I wish I had stayed up as I don't know when I'll squeeze in a run or a trainer ride today.

But our winter gala is tonight!  Good food, wine, friends, dancing and an awesome red dress!

Ummm....I'm sure you could be on the trainer instead of being on here!!

I should set up the trainer in the kitchen where I work! Then I could spin while people upstairs eat breakfast... the health inspector might not like it though.

Well once you add a little schweatiness, you wouldn't need to add as much salt!  Points for conservation of salt.

Ok, that's pretty gross hahaha.

Regardless, swimming at around noon.  Gonna try and pound out 4km, but we'll see.

So all this time, I've been wondering if you were a guy or a girl. Now my question has been answered. (I think )

Female but not girly. And hey, I grew up in Richmond. Don't miss it now though.

Today:

Did 100 crunches and 10+12+8+8+22=60 pushups (week3, day 2 of 100 pushups challenge)

Also 7 upper body exercises - 3 sets of 15

Plank 2X30 and plank with leg and arm lifts.

Foot and shins are still sore.
