Do you have fenders on your bike?

I got to spend 4.5 hours at my daughters' swim meet this morning - Jacqueline got 2 place OVERALL (for 6 events) and Delaney got 5th place OVERALL (for 4 events) and she was competing against third graders (she is only grade 2).....here is a sample (notice she is the ONLY one with a '2' beside their name! (momma is pretty proud!)...this is for 25m backstroke (she has won this event in both meets that she has ever done)....it's blurry but her time was about 27 seconds I think.

and to be fair - Jacqueline's 50m free style results - she actually won her heat but ended up coming third overall for this event with a time of 49.66 (faster than me!)

(then after all that fun - I got to stand out in the rain for two kids soccer games!)

Congrats on your kids swim accomplishments!

I'm still not up to par but I did do my 100 crunches and 11+13+9+9+23= 65 pushups. I think they are getting easier. Hope that stupid old lady arm flap is going away.

yes I had fenders but I was the victim of a few guys who either didn't have them or didn't have them extended far enough and I am still trying to get the road grit out of my ears. It didn't taste so good either.

we must pass each other out there ever week, it seems you run in around the same area I do all the time. Are you running out of Runners Den?

I don't own any fenders - it rarely rains here. Do you leave them on all winter, (or year round)?
