Subject: RE: how to handle hunger after hard workouts!I drink smoothies made with yogurt, fruit, powdered protein, milk or water. Also,I munch on baby carrots, mushrooms, cauliflower,red & orange bell peppers, fat free popcorn, and fruit during the day to keep away the hungries. That way I am not filling up or grabbing bad stuff to keep me full. And I do make sure I am drinking enough fluids all day, some days easier said then done I know |
