Subject: Long run Saturday

I am looking at doing my 22 mile long run Saturday morning all by myself and the prospect is not appealing.  Would anyone like to join me on my long run early Saturday morning?  Please??

Anna - I only have to run 9 on Saturday this week.  I have an 18 mile run next week though and my running partner is leaving me to do it on my own.  Robert suggested that I run with you.  Will you be around for that?

That would be the 5th?  I should be around.  I usually start really early so I hope that would be ok with you.  I can do the last 4-5 before or after our 18.

I could run my 9 miles with you, if you want.  I just don't know Rob's plan for Saturday.  I know he has a long-ish bike and long-ish run planned.  Not sure what is when.  What time do you usually go?
