USED Ladies Tri Bike - I am looking!

I'm looking as well.  I have a tri bike, but it is too big so I need to downsize.  I'm not picky on it being women specific though as I have a very long body (which is why I was fit poorly when I bought my bike.  I'm looking for 52-54 frame, and have 56 2004 (new in 2005 and not ridden in 2008) Fuji Aloha, 105 components with an ultegra rear derailleur.

I don't know if you've already looked here - but there is lots of used equipment on this site.  It's not specific to the area - but a bit of a drive might be worth it if you find the right bike.

Do you know what specific size in (terms of cm) you are looking for?

Or whats your instream?

50-54 cm would be a perfect size!

Ok - just learnt that I do not need a women's specific tri bike as there is really not much difference other than the seat.

Holy crap, that's quite a range! I have a 50cm frame that I have been told is too small for me - that I should have gotten a 51cm frame. (I also have 650 wheels when I should have 700s) I can only imagine how a 4cm difference would translate?!

What's your inseam?

Mine is a 51 with 650s and we had to shorten the stem to fit it properly.

That is quite a range - my 54cm road bike is WAY too big for me...

There is a difference in the WSD - the top tube is shorter to compensate for our shorter torsos and longer legs.  I don't have a women's specific bike - but we did need to shorten up the reach.

Well, my search is over.  I found a nice 51cm Trek from Barrie.
