Hi Alice! So exctied to see you guys tomorrow, I'm sure that David mentioned it to you but he and I caught up on FB a couple days ago and let him know that I'm bringing Kate as my date! Kate and I will be there with bells on, won't we Kate? See you guys tomorrow!!!

ETA: Kate has offered me her shower so I shall smell like roses by the time we get there, instead of stinky lake water and sweat from the Portage Tri.

The last of the drinking and cigar smoking and loud talking ended around 9:30pm.

It's all good in da hood Alice, anytime you have a party like that with many people from many different walks of life, it's always a little hectic. I wished I could have stayed longer as the drinks and cigar smoking would have been quite entertaining but I knew with the drive ahead and after having raced Portage and with little sleep it would have been a disaster. Thanks for the props on Portage. I posted the RR - ended up PR-ing the Run, was very excited. Hope that our paths cross soon and enjoy some down time - after the marathon - that is.
