I am just starting Tri and have noticed that for th epast week, all I do at work is read things on BT and other stuff abiout training. I am hooked. I must be pulling in about 30 minutes of actual work per day.....it's ridiculous.

How unusual. That never happens here.

Nahhh, I don't think so.  If you can limit yourself to 6 or 7 hours a day, it's not an addiction.  It's research.

As an example, let me break down my "average" day:

- 4 hours sleep
- 2 hours training
- 6 hours BT
- 3 hours BS (chores, bills, working on eliminating this to spend more time on BT)
- 3 hours kids
- Job? 6 - max.

Your mileage may vary...

I'm not addicted. Nope. No addiction here. Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go read every single post.

No, its not an addiction. BT is what you do when you're bored and can't train.

Now excuse me, I am going to skip training so I can read BT.

Yeah, since I discovered this damn place, if I get 30 minutes done I'm a happy camper.

Once the summer's over I'm hoping other demands on my time take priority . . . if you all see me posting here three weeks from now, yell at me to go back to work, mkay?

May be Ron can verify the following based on actual stats. I have noticed that there are more people log on to the site (either as a guest or as a registered user) during work hours than it is after hours. I usually see high 200 people log on during the day versus barely 200 after hours. The chatroom is more crowded at night, as expected.

Thank goodness I did my 6 mile run earlier.   DISCIPLINE!

I'm just eating up my nap time.

Good to know I am not alone. I think I will just call it using my time efficiently. Prioritizing...tha's all it is.

I feel better now.
