Worst Cell Phone Provider

Verizon use to charge me for the most rediculous things and I on the other hand am very happy with cingular. Anytime I have had a problem I call and by the time we get off the phone I have my credit!!!

I was with Sprint for 4 years and it was awful!  The people working at the store never had any clue what was going on, I'd get a different story each time.  My cell wouldn't work in my house unless I sat on the kitchen counter next to the window- if not it would cut out on me.  I'd be roaming one second (in an area that usually gets service), and the next second I would have service while still in the same spot.  Did I ever mention how much I hate Sprint?  I'm now with Verizon and it's great- hasn't cut off on me yet while talking!

i was with AT&T before they merged with Cingular and they sucked.  I have had zero problems with Cingular, i get great coverage.  I may have to switch to Verizon cause my girlfriend is getting killed on her cell phone calling me.

must be my area but i loved ATT/ cingular. more than verzion. i had att never had a drop call. now with verzion i have the worst time getting a signal and keeping one. I think i'm in a few who thinks verzion sucks but that just my opinion!

My work phone is Cingular, my personal phone is verizon.. Hate cingular and LOVE verizon. I have had them for about 5 years now... I'll never leave them!

It all depends on what works where you need it the most. I need it at home since I don't have a long distance carrier on my home phone. There's a Cingular tower 1 mile from my house. 'nuff said.
