With so much emphasis on the swim and the run, the ride turns into this pack movement to as they said yesterday "kill time until the run." But if you look at non-draft races, most are won on the bike. I guess I just prefer watching the winner be one who pushed the whole time. Sorry to the Brits too, but that whole team strategy, I'm glad that fell apart. Either it's an individual event or a team event. 3 people working to put 1 on the podium seems goofy. That goes for road cycling too. |
