So i might just have to keep using gatorade and see if my body will handle it for that long Maybe skip the Gatorade and go to water, hammergels and endurolytes on the run? That's what I did for my HIM, after perpetuem (and hammergels and endurolytes ) on the bike. Two or three gels should get you through the run... |
