Master  1927     Chicago |  Subject: Hello everyoneJust wanted to drop everyone a big Hello from Colorado! I'm new to this start. Just started training for my first triathlon in July. I am so excited. I've always been a swimmer but NEVER a runner. I used to hate to run. Now I'm doing the aggressive Couch to 5K training schedule. I'm getting a hang of it. I keep visualizing myself running a 5K. Whoo Doggies! Life is gonna' be so sweet when I do that! Thanks to this wonderful site (I've already started my training blog). Well it's passed my bed time. Gotta' get up at 5 a.m. and get my butt in the gym. Happy trails to you all and have great training days. Love Ovetta. |
