Subject: Does anybody live in the Woodbridge, VA area?

Just trying to see who was around if you ever wanted to work out with somebody else.  I'm a pretty bad swimmer (but I'm working on it), decent biker, and ok runner.....

I haven't seen anyone post that they live there.  I know a bunch are in Herndon/Reston, couple in Arlington, bunch from Richmond and VA Beach.

Those are all close enough, but during the week, I usually train up in NW DC since I work up there.  I was trying to see if anyone was around this part of NOVA on the weekends for rides and/or runs.  But what I really need is help on my swim technique.

Are you swimming at Lake Montclair?

I have been going out with a friend in the early mornings a couple times a week, what a great lake to practice in.
