Subject: Question - Feel Like an IdiotI am training for a Sprint Tri - Crystal Lake. This will be my first. My goal today was to ride 18 miles...the actual Bike for the TRI. I was doing great, but for one second I lost focus and dumped my bike. Bike seems to be OK, but the Bike Shop needs to keep it until Tuesday. What else can I do to get prepared for the bike w/out my bike for a few days? |
