No, you should assume that I'm a bonehead and have accidentally deleted the email and/or failed to put the item on my to-do list*. Feel free to send a followup message with a subject of "HEY BONEHEAD!".

* I use Remember the Milk with GMail. I just star the email and it automatically puts an entry on my to-do list linked to the email. Drop dead simple and yet I still manage to let some get by me.

Hi John, got it. Our internal mail system had flagged it as spam so I never saw it (the "support" account gets an enormous amount of spam). I had to search the junk mail folder.  I'll take a look at it and see what's up.

I replied via email on Oct. 2. Odd.

The file you sent isn't the data I need. You sent a "Workout" export from Training Center which contains pre-defined training sessions. I need a "History" file of the data that failed to upload. This is done by clicking on the History button in Training Center then right clicking on the date and time of the workout that failed to upload in the left column and selecting 'Export...'
