Anyone train in these?  Pros?  cons?  i ran in the biom and newtons this weekend and really liked the biom but don't think i could drop that much for a shoe.  Just curious to see what others think of it.

I have been looking at them only because I think they look cool, no other reasons...

I bought a pair of Newtons yesterday, but the shop didn't have the biom. I wanted to try them and would be interested in what users have to say. I might get a pair after the Newtons wear out.

bumping this to see if anyone has used the Biom's yet.  I can get a super deal on them.  I have also been thinking about the Vibram FiveFingers.  The aspect of both these shoes is that they help strengthen your overall foot to help prevent injury.

I have a pair of vibram five fingers.  I love them for daily fun, but not so much for running.  After about 3 miles my feet start to hurt.  My right pinky toe turns in toward my foot so that makes it worse.  If you really want them I would recommend to go try a pair on.  The shoes are great for wearing around the town then going to wake skate on the river.  The idea behind the Vibram is to prepare you for barefoot running.
