Subject: Cheesecake
Well I love cheesecake.  So I said none until I finish the 140.6 on August 26.  Well because of family issues I had to drop and I will be in FlA this sunday.  I have a cheescake in the house for my father in law's birthday on saturday...........Do I really have to wait another year

I say NO to waiting!

Have some on Saturday, enjoy it, and then have more next year when you finish your 140.6

Hell no.

Also, "cheesecake" used to mean something like pizza around parts of these parts ...

I have held an exemption card for cheesecake since 1974........it's good for you, it makes you happy, if you are happy you train more.

My wife makes a salted caramel cheesecake that I would trade for triathlon if you made me choose.

That sounds impressive to me. The thought of making my own cheesecake has never even crossed my mind. You have a nice wife!

Thanks....she's a great gal....she thinks it's important to keep using her grandma's and her mom's recipes and passing them down to our daughters.  Beats me....I just eat. Laughing
