Subject: Add ExercisesCould you add these exercises to the list? Most of these are from Core Performance.
Chest: Alternate DB Press Back: One Arm Cable Rotational Row
Shoulders: Alternate Standings DB Press Rear Deck Flyes
Biceps: DB Split Curls Triceps: Bench Dips From the BT Core workout (I couldnt find these in the exercise lists): Oblique Crunches Oblique Leg Extensions Bridged Leg Lifts
