Anyone doing Guelph Lake I this coming weekend?

I'll be there.  Going to do the sprint on Saturday afternoon.

Good luck at the sprint Elly! There's a mean decent on the outbound bike leg that helps make up alot of time. But it's a bugger to climb back up! I've done the sprint course a couple of times and it's a good course.

 I'll be the guy wearing the Endurosport One piece "sausage" suite. Look at the back of the pack and that's were I'll be!

 Woohoo! Just a few more days. And the weather is looking great for the weekend.

Still new to the game, but I'm doing the sprint on Saturday.

Congrats all GL I athletes!

I did the Sprint Du on Saturday afternoon, only my second ever Sprint. I did Guelph II last September so couldn't miss this one.
Was a bit disappointed to be a bit slower than last time, but it was the first of the season and I actually improved my position by 7 over the last one anyway! Last year I was 116th this year I was 109th.
I only started this sporty stuff at age 47 after losing 50lb with weightwatchers, so give me chance and maybe I'll get faster.
But then again, whatever happens it is better than just sitting on the couch in front of the TV!

I'm doing all the three Ontario Womens Triathlon Series this year too.

First OWTS race is Orangeville July 16, I don't imagine I'll see you there though Geoff!

I was considering some of the other Subaru Du's but some are a bit further than I'm comfortable with. Gravenhurst looks interesting with the longer run first and a shorter one at the end.
