Subject: Training log trouble

Hi,  I've been using the Training log for several years now and it's great!  Yesterday, after our long run, I logged on to BT as usual and tried to get to the training log.  I am able to get to the calendar but when I click the day so I can log the workout, the page seems to load partway and then freeze.  I'm able to back out to the calendar again but can't seem to get to the actual day.  Do you have any suggestions?  I'm on osX and safari and it's never been a problem until now.

thanks in advance

This is a pretty classic description of a browser cache problem. Clear your browser cache/temporary files etc. and see if that works.

I've viewed your log using a couple of devices and browsers, so it's definitely local to your machine.

HI Mike,

Thanks for your suggestion, I tried clearing everything and reset Safari too, I can get into everything except when I want to enter training data in the log.  Blog is no problem and everything else works fine.  This is so strange, first time I've ever had trouble, it seems like the page loads part way then the progress bar goes away and nothing else happens.  I can back out and go elsewhere.

Do you have any other ideas?  I'm stuck!

thanks and have a great day,

mason

Does it happen with a different browser, like FireFox?

Huh, I don't have Firefox but I tried it with Chrome and I was able to get in fine, so it's a Safari problem I guess. And then I see that Garmin communicator doesn't support Chrome.  I'll have to keep working with it.  If you have any Safari ideas I'd appreciate otherwise I can use Chrome for now. thanks a lot!

Hmm, now I can seem to get in with Chrome either.  Is anyone else having trouble with this?  I cleared out the cache and everything and I get a message that an error has occurred and a message has been sent to support.  It does the same thing from my Ipad now too so I can't log anything.  I'd appreciate any suggestions.

thanks a lot,

mason

I hate to keep bringing up problems:  Now I can get to the training calendar but get that message that the page can't be viewed so, message has already been sent to support, push your back button and try again.

Well, no luck there either, I've tried clearing cache, deleting history, both in Safari and Chrome and Safari on Ipad, the Ipad lets me log in the moblie app but it doesn't show up on the full site.  So, now I'm really stuck.  Help Help....

thanks,

mason

Mason,

I have confirmed that it's not a browser issue.  We will get it fixed.

Mason,

I just went into your acct and to your training log in Safari and it loaded fine.  Clear your history and reload the page from the Safari Toolbar.

Let us know!

Ron

The progress bar makes it to about memberid in the above address and then just freezes.

Sorry to be such a pest but thanks for your help!
