For those of you logging 'strength training', I thought it would be appropriate to have running 'strength totals' too.

We collect and display 'Total sets' on a this week/last week basis and 'Max Weight' totals for current and prior month.

We have also added a new minigraph to 'actual strength' blog.

Thanks - this will actually be extremely useful since I am rehabbing my knee and can keep track of how I am progressing with the weights. Awesome.

Come on...we all know that Ron really did this for his own enjoyment - to help out tracking his "Strength Challenge."  jk

Love it!  Great idea.

Very nice Ron!

BTW, I was wondering on the core exercises menu what the initials (FB) next some of the exercise names stands for.

Excellent Ron -- this will really help my winter strength build progress-tracking!!

And MikeJ, your dancing spidey avatar was just too cute, so I thought I'd reply to your question... (FB) on the core exercises means, I think it means Fitness Ball (or Physio Ball) as the movements are done while supported by (or made unstable by) the ball.  Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, OK?
