You could probably put the seeds in a bag, bash them around so that they all burst, and then pour the pulp and juice and such through a few layers of cheesecloth (or a mesh sieve ) to get the juice. Alternatively you could cook the seeds until they burst, and then strain them--this is probably easier and less messy than the mashing method, but might result in a flavor that's not as bright.
ETA: since you're going to strain it anyway to get the seeds out, you could just put them in the blender or food processor and let the blade do the work. That way it can stay raw and brightly flavored. The only thing that would concern me about that method is if the seeds are bitter, grinding them up might add some bitterness to the juice.
