Expert  735    Chatham, Ontario |  Subject: Essex County OWS - June 5 @7pmI will be out on Friday, June 5th at 7pm, Cedar Beach for an Open Water Swim. Let me know if anyone would like to join me! I will be bringing my son (age 9) if anyone wants to have a play date too! BTW - less than 3 weeks left until Leamington Sprint! |

I want to switch up my OWS locations to get some more variety in what to expect from water/beach conditions! I think this week I'll try out Holiday Beach, and then maybe go down to Leamington next week? So if anyone wants to join me at Holiday Beach, there will be an OWS going on there too!  |

If you are looking for swims at other locations, Saci's trip on Sunday would be a good spot for a swim and Matt mentioned that the Leamington master's class is swimming at the east beach at Point Pelee on Thursday. |

But I have to convince my husband that he would have fun dragging our two kids around the park for a few hours while I train. It must be so nice for those of you with older kids who don't need to worry about breastfeeding during a workout.  |
