Does anyone have swim goggle recommendations for someone with brow/forehead that sticks out over deep seated eyes and a larger side Roman nose? When I swim for about 200 yards, my present goggles begin to leak?  I cannot use the type of goggles with the little plastic strap between the two lenses because the strap cuts my nose.

I am hoping to find goggles that will not leak at all in an hour swim (I do not do flip turns).

Thank you!

I just bought a pair of Aqua Sphere goggles. I have deepset eyes also and found that regular goggles didn't work. These however are the best pair I've bought. They were a little more expensive @ $25 but so worth it. They suction to your face and do not leak at all, they also give you better vision. Worth a try. Most places you buy them should let you return them if they don't work out.

Hope this helps.

I wonder if those sweedish style goggles would work for you.

And use a piece of the strap for the nose piece - like the black ones in the pic below.  Gives you complete flexibility over the size of the nose piece and it's nice and soft.

X2. I know that these aren't very popular in tri circles, but I haven't worn anything but swedes since at least the early 90's. It takes a little patience setting them up to perfectly fit your face, but once they are dialed in, you will never have another leak. I also think they are extremely comfortable.

Just cut a piece of the strap off the end and pull it through the holes for the nose piece.  Sorry the picture doesn't really show it well but it was the best one I could find...

I can't let go of my swedes either.  That's all I've used since the early 90's.  I agree on using a piece of the strap for the nose - just trim it down to a narrow sliver so you can get it through the hole then cut off the sliver afterwards.

My wife used to hate swedes.  She converted a few years ago...

Thanks.....I have been using these goggles.  They're decent, but still tend to leak after 200 meters or so. But, they're the best I've tried so far.

I may try the swedes, as was suggested by another post.

Have you tried Speedo Vanquishers?  The nose piece on them is angled out from the front of the goggles:
